WWF Climb for Nature Early Bird Contest

Meet Jim Boyd, the winner of our 2024 WWF Climb for Nature x CN Tower Early Bird trip to Costa Rica.

Jim was inspired to climb the 1,776 steps of the CN Tower by a fellow fitness enthusiast. With the help of a very committed and motivated team leader he knocked his fundraising out of the park and became one of the event’s top fundraisers, and the winner of the 2024 WWF Climb for Nature x CN Tower Earl Bird contest.

Jim is not only looking forward to completing the climb, challenging himself and having a great time with his teammates on April 20, he is also “looking forward to exploring [Costa Rica] to the fullest and enjoying all of the natural beauty that it offers.” He says: “ I’m sure that exploring and hiking the natural habitat while witnessing some of the local wildlife will create memories I will never forget.”

There is a certain amount of flexibility built into the itinerary and, on occasion, it may be necessary , or desirable, to make alterations. The itinerary is brief as the journey may take you to unexpected locations. Due to G Adventures style of travel and the regions they visit, travel can be unpredictable.
