Why Climb?

Step Up Together

When you step up in the WWF Climb for Nature you conquer your personal goals while being part of something bigger. Together we can reverse the seemingly irreversible path we are on and create a brighter future for wildlife, nature and people. Learn more about the work you can make happen here.

For over 30 years, people like you have been participating in WWF-Canada events to make a difference for wildlife. Whether you’ve never participated in an event with us before or it is your thirtieth time climbing, this is a unique opportunity to reach new heights and beat personal records, all while supporting critical conservation work.

Where Your Funds Go

The funds you raise will support WWF-Canada’s 10-year goals to restore at least one million hectares of degraded habitat and protect and steward at least 100 million hectares of ecologically rich ecosystems. Those ecosystems also store carbon. So, when you climb for nature, you’re also supporting our efforts to recover wildlife, restore nature and reduce the amount of carbon in the atmosphere.
