29 & Fundraising!

Turning 29 this month to me means more life to live, dreams to have, challenges to overcome and good to put out into the world.

Carson and I travelled to Zanzibar, Africa in 2021. There, we visited a sanctuary called Cheetah’s Rock, where we had the incredible opportunity to pet a real cheetah - a childhood dream turned to reality.

There we learned the hard truths much of our planet’s wildlife face - abuse, poaching, endangerment, climate change much more. 

With recently saying “goodbye or see you later” to my work in dog rescue, I continue to feel the strong desire to help animals and if I can challenge myself at the same time, I’m in!

This was next, and Carson agreed to join me🥰

We are training for the 10K Spartan Race in Calabogie this August and this CN Tower 1776 step climb challenge will help keep us on track towards our summer obstacle race.

While I am doing the physical challenge, I am hoping to count on YOU to help me reach my fundraising goal of $290.
