I am fundraising for nature and wildlife
My family and I spend a lot of time on outdoor skating rinks. Ice is a way of life. But as the climate warms, here in Toronto, we might see skating season shrink.Â
Farther north, the sea ice polar bears, narwhal and other Arctic species depend on that ice. Â
That’s just one reason why my kids and I will be climbing all 1,776 steps of the CN Tower with @wwfcanada on April 20. And I hope you’ll climb them too.
Â
The donations raised by the #WWFClimb for Nature will help protect important wildlife habitats across Canada, from sea ice to maple forests. By fighting climate change, we can ensure people, hockey, and wildlife thrive.Â
