Mardi 19th Mar
Been training at the gym for months with hopes of improving from last year. 4 weeks till I climb and suddenly I feel like I need more time to meet my goal. I haven't hit the equivalent on the staitmaster yet. Last year I trained for only 6 weeks, so this time I did a lot more preparation. Even with friends participating I am still going to be the one to have to push myself up all 1776 steps to the top.
